I'm in the same boat my MIL ruined my first shower so I rather save myself the embarrassment and just get everything myself but I have no motivation to do it

@wisky80wifey @proudmommyof2.. bills are taking over. The only thing different is now we're having a girl and we have all our sons clothes still. we're gonna keep the neutral stuff. My cousin that just had a girl last march is giving us their baby's carseat/stroller, some clothes, a mamaroo and a swing. their a big help! My mom's trying to get stuff but bills bills bills!!!
