I'm soo exhausted why!? I can't do anything without being tired I lay on the bed and I wake up I wasn't even trying to take a nap ,I fall asleep in the car (when im not the driver).And I fall asleep on the couch!! im falling asleep everywhere I'm more exhausted then I was in my first trimester When will I start nesting? and getting a bunch of energy cause I always feel dead and sleepy 😣
I don't know if this has to do with me not being able to properly sleep for a long amount of time I feel like instead of 8 hours of sleep I get a bunch of naps throughout the day since I am unable to sleep due to getting up to use the restroom a lot or needing to change position cause I can't get comfy anymore

My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

Ladies, I'm going crazy from not being able to sleep. McKenna won't sleep unless she's being held. Not sure if it's my smell, the warmth, or what but I need sleep! Every night I end up just falling asleep with her but I don't like that at all. It worries me. What do I do?! If I don't get some sleep soon, I'm gonna lose my mind.

One thing im worried about in labor is maternal exhaustion cause I cant sleep through any contractions
