ladies yesterday since my dr internally checked me , my son is head down thank god !! but after being internally examined have you experienced cramping in lower abdomen , is that normal 😊

@motherlotus, he checked me to see if baby is head down which he is so im super happy and thry check to see if im dialated .

It could be, but it is common after a cervical exam for there to be cramping due to irritation. Your body doesn't want anything jammed up there. In fact cervical checks are unnecessary and you're allowed to say no if you don't want them! :)

I didn't get no cramping any time they did a cervical exam. I think I'm the only one who doesn't get cramps after.
