What's preventing you from stopping that way of thinking ? You can always change your thoughts !! Try to stay calm ....no need to put more stress on your body . Quiet your thoughts ... remember you're the one in control over you .

@luckygir744 I know that but it's like every time I calm down and push something to the side I get more bs on top of bs. I'm just so tired and fed up.

I'm not saying put anything a side ...you should deal with whatever that's stressing you and move forward after you choose to move Forward don't look back. when you feel like negative thoughts are arising let them play out and at the end you can either change it or let it fade away... because it will ... thoughts don't play out for too long. praise yourself and give yourself the respect you deserve baby girl! don't ever believe in anything negative or tell yourself negative things because what you say is what you create ... remember! try difference coping mechanisms and see which one works best for you. not saying that everything will happen over night but surely with time it will. you'll be the best mom ever!!!! be patient with you and everything will fall into place promise!!!!!!!! if you ever want to talk privately message me whenever you like. have a beautiful non-stressful day! sending lots of positive energy your way.
