my daughter has been coughing for over a week we are 2 hours away from her pediatrician idk if I should take her to the hospital or not. any advice I've done vicks on her feet and back I've done hot steamy showers with the doors closed and the humidifier also. HELP

it's a long weekend so she won't go Friday but I really don't have a choice but for her to go like I said we are two hours from her doctor I'm going to school so we have a few weeks til we are back home so I have no one to watch her @babyshreiner16
Keep her out of daycare for a couple days if you can. If you have family I suggest you leave her with them. The other kids are probably sick and 6/10 the daycare staff really don't care about sick babies
when she sleeps with me her coughing is not as intense but at day care they said she was coughing a lot @babyshreiner16
My LO has had a cough too this week. We do lots of skin to skin. And I know the book says no but I put a little bit of organic honey on his pacifier before his naps and bed time. It really has helped.

Try giving her a warm bath. Clean her ears out with the q tip. Try the honey on her binkie and then put her down to rest. Either on you or in her favorite spot.
