Oh okay maybe try keeping it moisturized? That's what my friend had to do was make sure it didn't dry out and get more red. Of course call her dr if you think it needs to be seen

My daughter doesn't have it but a friends son has eczema and it would flare up with certain foods or even soaps and detergents and it kinda looked like that. Is she scratching at it?

She tried the baby puff things we got rid of them and gave her some mess for it but it came back

Either baby acne or eczema did she eat anything new?
