ok, so my daughter is almost 1. but I feel like I my heart just isn't in sleep training her. every time I try it only makes her feel insecure and make it even harder to get to bed😓 leaving the house up all night..my mom says I should not force it if she is already sleeping just fine after breastfeeding. that she will just naturally learn to sleep on her own. 😐 maybe sleep training isn't 4 my daughter?😕 feeling so confused 😖

thanks @mommyofallboys671 that was a big help😥I'm beginning to feel like sleep training is this big gimmick😤 it sounds like by 3yr they naturally transition. why force someone's body to do anything when the child will do it when they r ready?

I never sleep trained my son and he is three now and gets sleep every night around 9 and wakes up about 8. he doesnt take naps anymore unless he really needs one which is like once a month. Its your baby do what you feel is right

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
every mom is different and every child is different. I listen more to my grandmother then articles. People say old people dont know how to raise a baby in this day and time but I love the old ways. I survived my parents survived whats wrong with it for my kids.
