I'm new to this, so if anyone could explain something to my that'd be great. So in the photo, does does leading mean taking the state? Are they waiting for something? Like Trump and Arizona or Hillary and New Mexico

I haven't gotte. a chance to look over the faded colors, but looks like Trump has florida. I think Hillary has a good chance of taking Cali, they have 55.

The states that are grey, the voting polls are still open, so they can't get a count on those at all yet.

Leading means so far, that person is winning that state. They're leading the votes in that state.

Trump needs to win NC, Ohio & Florida and hell have it made. He's pulling ahead in all those states right now.
