Think of your uterus as a bicep. Think of a contraction as a bicep curl. The tea is the dumbell. The dumbell helps the bicep curl more effective. The tea helps make the contraction better. Therefore, the tea helps strengthen the uterus for labor. It's not meant to put you in labor.
Hope that helps some of the mamas out there using it or wanting to use it.

yep @shellbell0391 up to 2 cups a day. Once i hit like 36 weeks i drink up to 4 cups

@ginac, you're welcome. It depends on your store and their inventory. I do know that babies r us carries 3rd trimester tea by earth mama angel baby which has rrlt in it among 2 other teas. (i drink this too) and target is the only other place where i have been able to find plain rrlt

no problem....you can start drinking a cup of regular rrlt now. The 3rd trimester tea should be avoided until then though because of the nettle tea thats in it
