Hemorrhoids? Your skin could be stretching, possibly dry skin. I had dry skin really bad including down there front and back. Try dabbing baby oil on a cloth down there. It helped me.

Stretch marks! I kept feeling itchy back there and finally got a look, I managed to some how get stretch marks in my butt crack!
