I have my glucose test today as well as blood work. I don't handle blood work well, especially without eating. Is it OK to eat before going to my appointment?

thank you all for the responses, I ate some corn flakes two hours before my test. they didn't say I couldn't eat. so far it seems to be going well. I think the sugary stuff tasted pretty good lol. @aaquino @shellbell0391 @arivera64
If your doctor did not instruct you to fast, then you can eat. Just eat light. Protein. Skip the carbs. A boiled egg, bacon, a cup of coffee
I had eggs and turkey bacon and then an hour later drank the glucose drink. I'll let you know how it turns out lol
My instructions for the 1 hour said I could eat up until an hour before I drank my drink. Just don't eat anything super sugary
if your getting your glucose test unfortunately you cant eat cause it can mess up your results

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
