I coughed really hard, and a sharp pain went straight to my uterus. And it was like it slowly went away like it was contracting and having cramps at the same time super painful, and I'm only 4 weeks?

The round ligaments surround your uterus in your pelvis. As your uterus grows during pregnancy, the ligaments stretch and thicken to accommodate and support it. These changes may occasionally cause pain on one or both sides of your abdomen. I've been getting those since I was about 5 or 6 weeks pregnant. and how have you calculated it? usually doctors count from the first day of your last period, not from when you conceived

then what you calculated from your last period is correct :) round ligament pain is very common especially since your uterus is now growing more and more. also remember second pregnancies are very different then your first. everything's a little looser and already used to being stretched. I never had a problem with my first. this one I've peed while sneezing quite a few times and I'm not happy about it lol. and I have more symptoms.
