i tried with my first and failed bad. second i pump for him hes 3 weeks tomorrow

I couldn't breastfeed my first because he was a preemie and in the nicu so my supply dwindled fast. My second one will be early term so I plan to feed because hopefully he won't have to leave my side.

Anyone breastfeeds or plan to breastfeed? How long did it take for your milk to come in? Did you produce great colostrum? Did you do anything to help or increase your milk supply?
