I've always heard it's best to sleep on the left side, but the position I find comfortable is on my right side! What side do y'all sleep on?
no problem. I sleep on my back but propped up a bit cause that's what keeps my hips from getting too sore. you will get uncomfortable a lot quicker than you will hurt that baby. @mrs.bouyer21
@lost041, lol yes that's the main thing that matter
I sleep however I'm comfy sometimes left sometimes right heck at 34 weeks I can still sleep on my belly some. I've woke up the last few mornings on my back. I just go with the flow I know my Lil man is good he's forever moving
@serenemom, exactly !
I've been told on the side is good either right or left just what's comfortable for you
@cubanese, I try to rotate
@momoftwo2017, thats why I do try to switch up to get blood flowing but my left side always end up hurting
@ccortez, that's the reason I find my right side comfortable too
Mainly my left to get all the blood flowing for baby than I switch to my right sometimes
I sleep on my right cuz I've always slept like that
How do yall sleep at night, I know they say sleep on your Left side, but it's not comfy for me.!
How important is it to sleep on your left side? I catch myself sleeping on my back and right side all the time 😕
Sleeping positions my 6 month old hates:
1. Sleeping on his side.
2. Sleeping on his back.
3. Sleeping on his stomach.
Sleeping position when pregnant
I try to fall asleep on my left side but always wake up on my back or on my right side, is it really that bad not to be on my left?, I have horrible SPD and it's so uncomfortable on my left side so I must be turning in my sleep x
I don't get this. So to prevent SID you're supposed to put baby on their backs. They say stomach sleeping and even side sleeping can increase risk. But if your baby has GERD (acid reflux) Dr will reccomend you to elevate their heads at bedtime and sometimes they even recommend side sleeping. Im just lost...
@ssdj4, thanks that's what I was concerned about.
