Can you get postpartum depression 7 months later? Or am I just in general depressed?

I think it said up to 2 years but I'm not 100% sure.

It just randomly came on.. And I don't know what caused it, so I was thinking postpartum depression, but I didn't know it could come this late @mazeyy09
