Dr said that was fine. Had appointment this morning. 🤔 If I don't pump, I am in soooo much pain. 😔

I pump about 3 oz every 4 hours or so. She eats a little over 2 every 3 or 4 hrs.

If you're still exclusively breastfeeding I suggest waiting until baby is a few weeks older to pump so that your milk can adjust.

For how long? Baby probably eats an ounce or two at this point.
