Yep! Got tested for a couple different things. Everything came back normal 😒I almost hoped i had something wrong so I could fix it. I've heard cutting out sugars/carbs and living a healthy lifestyle could help. But.. bread 🍞😅

@motherlotus, well luckily I have no problem eating healthy, but like you said the bread lol and cookies 🍪 thanks for the heads up. I hope that's not the case. it's so annoying. Has it gotten any better since??

After this baby it's gotten better. It was bad after my daughter I was embarrassed to wear white or go to yoga or do anything, I tried not wearing underwear to let it breathe. I googled it awhile ago and a lot of women struggle with it too. Some people have gone years and years having to change their pants several times a day and wear panty liners lol I am NOT trying to have that life!! It could be a hormone thing because it's definitely calmed down after I had my second.

Yeah I've been using panty liners most of the pregnancy. I just switched to ultra thin pads with wings since the liners were now too short. Pads are super uncomfortable for me though
