Okay so my doctor wrote me a note saying I could go back to work working 8 hours a day up to 40 hours a week and my work place won't let me come back to work until I can work 12 hours a day. WTF?!

@shellbell0391, unfortunately for me I don't have paid leave because I didn't take out disability when I became an employee. and I probably can't even go back to work until I can work 12 hours again
That's good. I've got an awesome employer. I wish they had longer paid maternity leave but I'll take what I can get!
@athomas, thank you! @shellbell0391 I work in a denim mill. they don't care what's going on with you as long as they're making their money. luckily for me my supervisor and my supervisor's supervisor are working with me and trying to help me in anyway that they can
I was working 55 hour weeks i took myself down to 40 hours which is still too much. ill keep you in my prayers
I called my big boss and he is waiting on a response from corporate on rather I can return or not. I don't think it's legal myself but I'm going to do everything I can to make sure I'm showing them that I do want to work even if it is only 8 hours
umm I would find out if that is even legal because I really do not think it is
