So I don't currently have a job at the moment and the baby needs stuff. I lost my job to move with my ex. He asks me if the baby needs stuff which he does but I feel he thinks it's annoying. But if I was still living with him I wouldn't be working so theirs no difference. When I get a job of course I'll buy him things but right now he is the one with a good job so he should just buy stuff I tell him right? My parents are the ones who pay for everything he needs right now. Except the occasional diapers he will bring. And my family are the ones that got him everything he needed for our baby shower so I feel like that saved the guy a shit ton of money so asking for a few things when he asks I don't think should be so hard on the guy. I asked him to get clothes for the baby and he got him two outfits that won't fit him till he is like 6 months. 🙄 I wish when he came down here he would just give me money or atleast have us go together to the mall or something so I could pick out exactly what he needs.. But I know he never will. I hope child support happens sooner than later... Just waiting on them.

I am so sorry.. I swear some men just don't understand fatherly duties. My husband is awesome. But I see friends who have the same problem and it makes me so angry.

Yeah it's annoying. I feel like I'm not suppose to ask him for stuff. But he's his dad if I can't get it for him, he should. His ex wife nickel and dimes him for all kinds of stuff for his daughters plus he pays her child support. So I think I'm just going to ask for whatever, I can't have high expectations but yeah. @landonsmommy01

hopefully child support happens soon but I would suggest getting cash assistance for you and the baby since you are not working right now you might qualify.

yes what @momtobeagain said !! apply for it see if your quality!! plus mama don't feel bad ask ur ex to buy w.e the baby needs he needs to step up still his the father together or not!! gave him a list of what u need with the size and everything. I'm sure ur parents are more than happy to help you out but if ur ex can buy these things make him!! he need to start helping you more I'm sure he does the necessary for his daughters it's not fair to your precious little baby boy!! don't feel bad enough is enough your the one taking care of him 24/7 with no help so at least ur ex can buy w.e the baby needs @missjess

and that's a great idea too that @mamabearx2 gave you. making a list with size and specify everything would be good. But hopefully he does what he is suppose to if not child support is going to definitely make him. @missjess

Thanks ladies I'm going too! And that's right I take care of him 24/7, he don't miss a moment of sleep. He can buy him anything he needs and should! I'll see about cash assistance idk if I can living with my parents. @mamabearx2 @momtobeagain
