So I got my nexplanon removed last Thursday. The doctor told me once I got my first period I could start trying to get pregnant. He said it could take a couple of weeks to a couple of months. Well today I started spotting! That's a good sign right?? Any mommies out there go through something similar????

I did! took about 5 months tho. the best advice is don't stress your self, it's not good for the body!! good luck!!!!
