my 7 month old is in size 5 diapers 6-9 onesies 12 month sleepers and jackets and 18 month pants (depending on the fit)

What size clothes and diapers are your babies in? My Dd is about to move in to 12 month clothes and fits in size 5 diapers. She probably could have stayed in size 4 a while longer but she kept having poop explosions so we moved her up!
