Ever since I stopped pumping, my boobs have went down a lot; and don't ever get engorged now. How would I know if I'm starting to dry up? I'm still feeding on the breast, and my baby doesn't seem fussy... but I'm worried I'm not making enough now lol

Yeah. You had an over supply before. Now you have a regular supply. Don't stress and drink lots of water. You'll be fine

@valrocks, okay great!

I'd just be so sad if I messed my milk supply up and had to use my pumped milk, and then use formula when I run out 😣

After a few days your milk slows down to meet the new demands. Don't worry, as long as your feeding on demand you'll be fine.

@Mrs cruz0530, yes, I was pumping like 20oz and day plus nursing. So now that I don't pump at all, I feel so empty haha thank ladies ❤️

As long as your feeding on demand you should be good you won't have a huge over supply like you would if u were pumping but just keep feeding every chance you get. I don't pump but my milk is regulated to how much my daughter needs.

I think as long as baby isn't fussy and is still gaining weight then you are good! Some days I don't pump and I don't get as encouraged the next day. I think our milk regulates to what we need so if we don't pump then our bodies don't think we need the extra!
