🚨🚨🚨 HELP, My son's little pee pee is a little red and slightly raw in an area of the foreskin. Or the skin that kind of goes over the head (he's circumcised) I clean him extremely well every time I change him, and he gets a bath nightly! I just switched back to a different kind of pampers wipe but I've used them before on him and he's never reacted to them.. could that be it?! He doesn't seem bothered at all by it. Should I put coconut oil on the area? All advice welcome! He's never had anything like this, and he's also 9 months old btw! 🚨🚨🚨

It might be diaper rash. It's not uncommon for baby boys to get it where their penis rubs against the damp part of the diaper. Whatever you usually do for diaper rash on his bottom should work there too. Hope it clears up quick!

does he grab it at all? my son also use to get yukky stuff around the skin so I pulled it back and cleaned it.

clean it well and put a little Vaseline so it doesn't stick to diaper.

Make sure you keep putting Vaseline on the pee pee area of the diaper

Yeah but I think he's just playing with his diaper when he grabs. I pull the skin down and clean every time I change him to prevent that so I'm not sure why it's like that. I put coconut oil on the area! @mrssarahbeth @mommyof1boyy @deckroth2001 @flower_princess

@babyjjsmommy, at the hospital they told me to only use Vaseline and his thing recovered fast, in less than 2 months

Well I used Vaseline for his circumcision as it was healing but he's 9 months old so it's been healed. @flower_princess

Vaseline .... if u want put it on wrap in gauze pad... then use it ta coat the the front of his diaper just in case it rubs off... I was addicted to Vaseline with vitamin e wrkd wonders n smelt soooo gud
