Is it possible that I could've had my period even tho I had one 2 weeks ago? The bleeding stopped last night/ today and I'm not having any cramping.. I'm so confused 😭😭

My last "period" was only four days
My last period was the 21-25 of October. On Halloween day I had a light brown colored discharge, and then I started lightly spotting/bleeding with what felt like menstrual cramping up until last night/ this morning. I thought it was implantation but now idk, I thought it was only supposed to last for 1-2 days?
My "period" came early or so I thought & now I'm 4 weeks and 4 days pregnant

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
