So glad we're home now we've had a hellish time. Turned out after a long battle that the reason why Olivia was so orange all over was she was premature. I had a scan at 12 weeks in the early pregnancy unit which confirmed 12.2 days pregnant ( I'd had one at 6 weeks privately showing exactly on par with that date too) a nt scan two days later dated me further along at 13.4. So they used that date despite my concerns. Which isn't a major deal except I was induced at what they thought was 38 weeks when in fact I was more like 36 weeks. Olivia had the appearance of a prem baby which was noted by a few people, but was a good weight even though she was plotted on the 10th centile. So she was a bit early and couldn't break down the billirubin in her body. After 24 hours on lights she was much better. However my antibiotics for my endometritis have stripped my stomach of all good bacteria and I had to stop taking them as I have been in agony in my tummy and intestines for 3 days, almost as bad as the infection I had. I've been unable to eat more than a banana without terrible pains and gas. Making me feel really down being in near constant pain. 😭😭

Endometritis Hun not endometriosis it's an infection of the endometrial lining
