No baby gets what it needs from your breastmilk.. Should only be on breastmilk or formula until 6m

My ped told me to take vitamin d.

My pedi told me to give her supplements, but I never supplemented either of my girls and they were both ebf

I was told to but I don't. I just make sure, myself takes some kind of vitamin D.

Vitamin D doesn't pass through breast milk, so some Dr.s reccomend it, especially if you live in a less sunny area.
