@mrodriguez0305, I tried Tylenol and ice packs, I also called my doctor and she said since I never get headaches I should probably get checked out. I haven't yet, but it's now day 3 with this headache so I definitely should.
@mommytobe2k17, I have only been drinking liquids these past few days because the headache is so rough I get sick when I eat. Full nutrition and protein drinks and all but still.
I have the same problem too. I use Ice packs and Tylenol. if it doesn't get better you can go to the er and they can give u safe stuff thru an Iv and it helps almost immediately. I usually don't go til day 3 or so but if u can't take it anymore go!

have you been having alot of salt the past few days ?
I notice I have terrible non-stop headaches when I eat to much salt and I have to drink alot of water to flush it out
