at my 31 week appointment today and was sent str8 to labor and delievery been cramping back pains having contractions and. sone bleeding and vomitting... get there to be hooked to the machines and checked im at a -2 70% effaced even tho idk wth that means... so i get a steriod shot and a shot to stop my contractions it worked for a good couple of hrs now im sitting here in pain again.... this is so horrible

I'm the same as you plus 2 cm dilated. I'm further then you. I just found out what -2 means cause I didn't know either. I found this picture I hope this helps.
