@daylenerebecca, well really she isn't charging for the meal plan. All coaches do that or should do that also if the person is wanting to workout show them what to do. What she should be charging for is the product only

I've never done the shakes but I heard they work . that's actually a good deal , bc she's including a meal plan. meal plans can become pricey alone

I didn't but I have seen people loose a lot of weight on it it didn't work for me what work for me was going to a weight lost center cause there on your ass
