It looks as if he is sick too. Therefore I would get him to the bathroom, and set towels under him so the mess is easy to clean up. Then I would let this poor boy get done, and proceed to see if it's a fever or a very upset stomach. Because if it's a fever I'm gonna wipe him down, and call his parents. Mostly to make sure there is no allergic reaction to Tylenol, and then I'm gonna slap another pull up on him and go hold him till his mom and dads gets here. If he just has an upset stomach, I'll wipe him off and let him soak in the bath. Just poor child! I had my oldest and middle oldest go threw this, it is not fun especially on them.
