ok so I personally DO take prenatal pills everyday but I read an article yesterday that said they may do more harm than good... has anyone heard that before???

try garden of life raw prenatals..they are whole foods, non GMO & really good for u..
Yes, they made me vomit all day and contain lots of acid which my body was throwing up before I started taking them so I didn't take them instead I drank juice every morning from my juicing machine and got my vitamins the natural way.
Never heard of that but I don't take prenatals this time around. I know I probably should but everything is going good and I'm already 31 weeks tomorrow. My doctor says everything looks great.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
