So aggravated today I've made very little milk why is my supply dropping I pump like I'm supposed to its nothing wrong with formula but that's just not what I wanted to do 😭😩

I only nurse once a day pump most I express because she wasn't latching correctly tried the nipple shield she's making those wet diapers but I'm barely making enough to leave her with a sitter @cubanese
It could be hormonal. I noticed a supply dip right before my period started back up.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
