So I didn't do so swell on my 3 hour glucose test, and they put me on a low carb diet!! So this is going to be hard!!! Lol any tips would be great!!
I had to do it with my first pregnancy. The most important thing is not to drink anything sweet (including fruit juice) and to balance your carbs with protein. This keeps your sugar levels from going up. Eggs and toast and string cheese and an apple are a few examples. Its also a good idea to read labels. Processed foods (even ketchup) can contain lots of sugar.
