It's soooo hard for me to keep my mouth shut 🙃 Parenting advice I will take from people who's kids are well behaved. But TELLING me how to parent no matter who you are is the one thing that's sure to piss me off. My son has been screaming bloody murder since 4am and no matter what I do nothing makes him feel better. So don't go and tell me that I shouldn't be getting frustrated at my son because he's only 6 months old. Ok and? I'm the only one home with no help and non stop screaming. I'm a first time mother, of course I'm going to get frustrated, and I have a right to be. There is so much more but I'm not going to keep ranting. I'm heated and beyond annoyed

For me its more like "I didn't ask for you to give me your 2 cent thoughts". I get frustrated to! ESPECIALLY when I've tried EVERYTHING and my baby is still screaming on the top of his lungs. It gets hard sometimes, but it will get better 😊

He's screaming like someone is hurting him. He's finally asleep now but it's like holy shit why are you screaming. He's never done this before @icroyalty

I used to scream into a pillow. I have always done it alone since her dad works nights and sleeps all day. And Oh my goodness being at sahm mom is frustrating then with a screaming baby. My hubby bought me a treadmill so I could run off the stress lol. It gets better, I promise. For now grab a pillow to scream in lol hope you're feeling better

@leahsmommi, now that he's sleeping I can breathe a little. I just leave the room and let him cry till im calm enough to try again. His dad tries helping more when he's home but today he's just off the charts.

I know what you mean. I used to get so frustrated I used to have to let her cry for a bit or else I'd be too pissed to be a good mommy. Good for you for learning so quick!

👍🏻 Let Daddy take over so you get a break is a great thing, I do it too. Lol just hand him to my husband because baby was too much. Have you thought about reaching out to his pediatrician to see what their take is on it? My sons being screaming and clingy for the past 2 days and it was because he was going through a mental growth spurt so that ment his world was changing and he was overwhelmed. His doctor sugguested the wonderweek and its been a huge help because it explains what happens when they go through a phase. Screaming can also indicate a lot of things like maybe gas pains, teething, etc. Hang in there!

His pediatrician never cares about anything I tell him. But he has an appointment tomorrow morning so I'll bring it up. I think his teething has just kicked into overdrive or it's a growth spurt since he's been eating so much @Icroyalty

I'm not saying always do this but sometimes a little medicine helps I hate giving my daughter anything unnatural but sometimes when she's like that Tylenol or Motrin does the trick

@eryka616, I don't like giving him medicine either but I gave him some Tylenol and it did nothing 😔 he took a good 2 hour nap and was happy when he woke up
