I'm having sharp pains every like 10 mins that last from 30-40 seconds. Are these contractions? My tummy isn't tightening when I have the pains
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

is it possible to have contractions without pain? my stomach gets really tight alot, but I have no pains.
I go to bathroom every second and I have round ligament pain all the time
