I don't know how people can afford to live here anymore. $1250 a month ( not including utilities) for a STUDIO! Studios are about 450 square feet. As big as a 2 car garage. Such a joke.

I used to live in Cali and I've now lived in 2 states since then and... both were cheaper than out there lol. I've had a 2 bed 1 bath for $400 and a 2 bed 2 bath for $677.
my dad always wanted to live in California as my mom could barely afford what we have lived in here in Texas (1500 for 3 bed 3 bath)
