I'm 32 weeks Pregnant And Every time I Get Up Or Lay Down Its Pain And Cramping I Can't Lift My Leg When I Walk It Crams When I Try To Switch From Side To Side Y Laying Down It Hurts Then I Feel Little Cramps In My Back From Time To Time Can Someone Help Me Please!!!!

whenever i lay on my right side there is a sharp pain on my left side as if something is trying to tell me "dont lay on that side" what is this?
