could I possibly be producing breast milk this early ? Noticed a white dot on my nipple when I got out of the shower & I squeezed it & clear liquid came out of it. ?

Uggghhh. . .yeah basically. Baby will drink that until the official milk comes in. But yeah it's normal. Not everyone leaks, some people do, some don't. It doesn't really indicate anything besides the fact that it's there.
@aileenlove09, Colostrum is a form of milk. Colostrum contains antibodies to protect the newborn against disease. Your milk comes after giving birth.
Its colostrum. Real milk comes after baby is born & the placenta is removed.

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
yeah....the hot water from the shower stimulated your breasts. totally normal
