as a premature baby I would love to share my story. I was born at 26 weeks gestation weighing 1 pound 6 ounces and had to spend 172 days in the nicu

My 3rd Son born at 34 weeks. Gestational diabetes lead to pre-eclampsia which lead to me in the hospital for a week before having Elijah. He was born so fast he was not breathing and his heart had stopped definitely one of the most terrified moments of my life. Eli had to spend 2 weeks in the NICU which is nothing compared to others stay but I am truly grateful for Norton Kosair Hospital for all they did to get him well enough to come home.

my beautiful niece Giselle was born February , 1, 2016 at 20 weeks old 10 ounces & 10 inches small. Her eyes were not even opened yet nor was her skin fully developed.. She is now 15 POUNDS ! & finally came home 2 weeks ago after 9 long months in the hospital . She is the WORLD'S 3RD SMALLEST BABY TO EVER SURViVE & NEVADAS 1ST ! She had 0 brain bleeds & EVERY doctor said she would be either paralyzed, blind , deaf or all three she BEAT EVERYTHiNG doctors said she couldn't ! Before & after pictures of her 💕

My son was born May 1st at 33 weeks. Weighed barely 5 pounds. We spent 2 weeks in the NICU. We don't know the cause of him coming early. But now he's the happiest and healthy 6 month old!

my baby was born at 35 weeks .6 pounds he was healthy and came home with me God is great and im so happy to see every baby on here thats health

I just had my second preemie son. My first born son was born at 26 weeks weighing 1lb 14oz. He had to stay in the NICU for 3 months which felt like an eternity to us. He was one of the strongest babies in the NICU and one of the loudest lol. He is now 6yrs old and did not come home with any equipment or issues.

On 10/30 I gave birth to my 2nd son at 33 weeks because preeclampsia. He weighed 3lbs 11.8oz and today he is weighing at 3lbs 6oz. He has about 2-4 weeks to stay in the NICU but each day he shows us that he is very strong and determined.

My son was born @ 36w2d. 20 hours of labor, 1 hour of pushing, and was completely healthy. Had a few low blood sugars that were quickly corrected. God is great. So much more could of happened, but didn't! He is now a happy, thriving 5.5 month old 😍💙

my sweet Hazel Grace came to the world at 35 weeks 1 day. after 112 hrs in labor and almost 2 hrs of pushing she came out a healthy 7lb baby. she suffered a little from RDS and jaundice but otherwise she is now a spitfire 8 month old who is crawling and getting into everything

Both premmies Adrian 6 born at 35 weeks. William 1.5 born at 36 wks 4 days. Adrian had feeding issues. William had breathing issues. Overall both doing fine.

Perla Daleyza, I was 33 weeks when she was born, weighing 5lbs only had to Stay in the NICU 1 month just till she started feeding off bottles... she's now a healthy almost 7 month old and very happy baby...

My son was born at 32 weeks and weighed 4lbs 8oz. He had the tiniest little hands ever 💕 he is now almost 5 years old and lucky enough that he didn't have to stay in the hospital that long but a week! Blessed to have him healthy and happy as ever!
