Hi mommies . I know this is a page for pregnancies but this month I've been going through some problems and just wanted a dive from y'all. So I got some phone lines for my sister under my name and they decided not to pay them off and they left a bill of 3 months, and I was planning to sue her and take her to court. What do y'all think ? Would I win the case since I'm the one that that got her the lines ? Or would I lose ? #helpplease #sostressed #ihateliferightnow #depressed :(

depends on what the judge thinks because they are in your name so you are obligated rather u got the phone for her or not but then again she should pay have u tried to make a payment plan with her before u go to court

@amberr, Ima talk to a lawyer today and see what they say. The thing is too that she didn't want to return me the phones so I told her if se returns me the phones I won't file anymore and we'll she returned then but I am so stressed like where am I going to get all the money to pay off the bill they still owe and pay so much more money to cancel the lines or pay them off. I already have enough with my payments @amberr never thought I would have a piece of shit sister I swear .... :(

@emileemoreland, yeah girl the lines had been cutt off can u believe it ? She only have them on the month I got them for her. It's so sad cuz I loved her and showed her my love and support all the time but yeah it's sad how family is especially family... and yeah to cutt off the lines I'll have to pay like a thousand dollars and obviously I don't have that much money so I'm just gunna have them connected just so my credit won't get messed up :( this feels like a nightmare I'm going through

@emileemoreland, I didn't think about that. Would I be able to do that tho pay them monthly ? And she returned the phones back to me just because I threatened her to proceed on with the court. And since her husband is fixing papers and is in the last process of getting them I'm guessing she got scared .

It all depends on your plan & carrier. I'd go in store to ask.. I'm glad she gave the phones back though! 😌 That way you can try selling them back to the store & applying that towards the cost to remove them from your service. Good luck!
