I've never had a baby before this is my first pregnancy, the son I have listed on here is my step son. 6 weeks seem like forever! I'll be taking note of these comments for after I give birth!

I've seen some women on here just wait like 3-4 weeks, from what I've seen, most of the women that didn't wait the whole 6-8 weeks had c sections though. I still haven't had sex yet though.

I waited like 12 weeks. But then again I lost my sex drive when I got pregnant and still don't have it back and it's been 3 months since I had my daughter

I just wonder, I felt a little hot && bothered this morning. It's been a while since those hormones turned on, it's only been two weeks for US, but just wanted to know what happens if you don't wait 6 weeks other than the risk of infections or another baby possibly. Ultimately everyone knows their bodies && what they can handle etc.

I waited about a month & a half Mainly because of the bleeding . I bled for about 4 weeks after having my daughter . Then I was scared if I did it would start the bleeding back up

@amestkeyah90, that's what I'm most afraid of. My bleeding stopped like 2 days ago. So I only bleed for about 12 days. But no pain, etc. so ultimately I'm going to wait until my appointment, but just wanted to know what others experienced.
