If my almost 6 month old rolled himself off the bed should I call the doctor? The bed isn't high keep that in mind.

When my 6mo old rolled off our bed (which is high but carpet) I called his dr and they said to keep an eye on him if his behavior changed or was super tired and dilated pupils to bring him in. But if it's make you feel better, call his dr😔
