Just had another back massage & reflexology ❤️ second one in a week! So lovely to be pampered before baby gets here, & if the reflexology helps encourage her out then I'm not complaining 🙈💕 the lady said she can feel my uterus is ready while doing the treatment!

It's defo worth it babe! The sweep made me lose my plug but nothing else, and they say it'll kick things off in 24-48 hours if it's going to work. So I've passed that point! 👎🏼 bit disappointing to be honest! @abbiegale xx

I'm a big fan of reflexology anyway @abbiegale I had it done when I was constipated in early pregnancy lol, worked a treat, also used it in the past for stomach issues x
No not too bad babe, I paid £38 and it's an hour long treatment! Plus she comes to my house and once the baby comes all money will end up spent on her so I figure I may as well treat my self as much as possible lol. @abbiegale and pregnancy is hard, we all deserve a treat!
