So I'm EXTREMELY sore , all over . Like the kind of sore when you went to the gym to work out but haven't been in years , so the next day everything hurts and is sore . Well my mother and I kept thinking maybe I overdid myself at my baby shower . But that was 4 days ago . The pain just gets worse and then it start to feel like it's spreading almost to more places . I'm in so much pain right now I can't even get myself out of bed and I'm home alone ... Has anyone else experienced this with their pregnancy?

Make sure you are drinking enough. If it feels like a Charlie horse it could be low potassium so eat bananas if you have any
The part that really sucks, is the only thing that remotely eases the pain is Tylenol . Well I can't just eat it like candy .. What else can I do the help the pain ?
Mines EVERYWHERE . Like when you get a bad charleigh horse in the back of your leg , then afterwards her legs is sore , well both of my legs top to bottom feel like that, when I try moving my feet , my arms into my hands . Theres no pain or anything in my back , stomach , or pelvis . I don't get it .... But I have to hobbles everywhere now !
I'm going thru the same thing and I'm almost 31 weeks
My soreness pretty centered around my pelvic area though. Lifting my legs is the worst.

So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
