my friend pays child support even though he lives with his kids and girlfriend. he said it really doesn't change anything besides the money goes from his account into his girlfriends account. technically it'll still be the same income. once yu get the payments set up you don't have to do anything until you get married or something changes

@jsco, I know but she wait baby won't have his last name and that we have to go to court and meet with a judge. I feel like we shouldn't have to do that since we live together. In Chicago we just signed the paternity agreement papers and he took his last name with no problem. It was so easy out there for everything.
