if you have a breast pump then pump and save the milk fir later. Also feed baby more often to relieve the pain. Your breasts are probably engorged so you need to use up some more milk. Feed baby as nuch as they will eat as often as possible.

Oh ok. Well try this. Pump for 20 mins. rest for ten. Pump 10 mins. rest another ten and then pump for 10 minutes again. Your breasts should feel empty after that. And it will help with milk production too

there like a heating pad or an ice pack, witch ever you need... put them in the freezer or in hot water... it says to microwave them but mine exploded lol... & put them on your breasts

Girl don't give up breastfeeding for such a small inconvenience. I had engorged boobs for almost a whole month and it hurt bad and I wanted to cry and quit but I didn't and now I've been exclusively breastfeeding for almost 4 months and it's great. You can do this. Also the tips above are really good. Push down on your boobs as you are pumping and use a cold/hot cloth before and after. Good luck!
