totally normal keep cleaning with alcohol and it will dry up. it's also normal to see a little green goo/flesh looking stuff underneath once again keep cleaning. when my sons looked like this I put a bandaid over it and gave him a bath the moisture helped losen the rest up.

You clean it with alcohol to help the rest dry up & fall off.

it doesn't look infected. just put a little bit of vaseline on it, and a bandaid and don't touch it.
