Need advice ladies. If I can't get my fever to break, I'll be going to urgent care today...

my right boob is very tender and sore. It's only on the right side, near the armpit and under the boob, it's painful to the touch and tender to massage it, I don't have any red marks, or puss coming out of that boob.... and my other one is fine.... I think I can sorta feel a lump, but idk what I'm looking for...

Do you think it's mastitis or a clogged duck??

I'm nursing my baby on it mostly now, and just stood in the shower running warm/hot water over it and was massaging and expressing some milk... I only had one stream of milk coming out...

I have a 101.3 temperature currently and feel awful

Help!!
