this whole breast feeding thing is confusing , now I'm hearing i shouldn't be pumping so soon. But my nipples are so sore they're cracked , I'm using lanolin but its not helping . I still fight thru the pain and let her feed from the nipple so she won't get use to a bottle . After I pump 2 ounces from each breast 2 hours later they're back sholl with milk . I can deal with engorgement but the pain from the nipple is to painful to let her latch on every feeding . And no she isn't latching on wrong I made sure the lactation consultant was there in the hospital wen I was feeding . Uuuggghhhhh its frustrating I just need my nipples to heal so she can feed from my breast every feeding and so my boobs won't fill up so fast
