how many contractions in an hour before for I go in? I been having them since 11:30 ish and I just now I'm trying to time them but Im not good at it but so far I'm thinking there 5 or 6 mins apart I think and they hurt really bad I can't talk or hardly move

5-1-1 rule. 5 min apart. Lasting for 1 min each. For 1 hour
go in I have papers that say to go in if contractions are less than 10 Min apart
